Your application is confirmed once we have received the initial deposit.

All spare time activities (like excursions, etc.) organized by the school
are not included in the school fees.

Minimum age of participant is 16 years.

In the case of a cancellation received by the school at least 20 days prior
to commencement of the course, the school reserves the right to keep Ptas.
10.000 to cover costs of administration. All other fees paid will be refunded
to the student.

In the case of a cancellation received less than 20 days before commencement
of the course, the school reserves the right to keep the deposit to cover
costs of administration. All other fees paid will be refunded to the student.

In the case of serious illness (or accident, etc.) preventing an applicant
from beginning the first course, we await a written cancellation notice
(by registered mail) together with a medical certificate. In such cases
the already paid amount is refunded less Ptas. 10.000 for administration
expenses.

We do not refund already paid fees - neither for courses nor for accommodations
- if students start with the booked course but fail to finish it.

No price reduction can be granted for students who start the courses in
the middle of a week (because of flight schedules, etc.). School fees for
national or local holidays are not refunded.

Detailed transfer instructions are given on the invoice. Bank fees are
to be paid by the student.
